Motocross
Here is the track. It was pretty small. One of my students helped to build the track. It's so impressive.
We did not realize that we would need ear plugs. We did make a purchase and it was much more enjoyable.
The thing that totally cracked me up was we could not hear a thing. So we would just hit each other and point. It was crazy. There are so many people on the track. There were a few accidents.

President's Day Weekend

Lisa and Shiloh making cards and scrapbooking.

Shannan and LeeAnn. All of these ladies were serious stampers. I was a little intimidated by thier creativity.
So I just hang out and wait for Lisa to come up with an idea and then I just copy it from her. It's a great system. That's how we roll.

These are the cards that Lisa helped me make. I had fun. I have to admit, I did not make as many as Lisa. I did the top left, top right and the two on the bottom from the left. (so not the little red one on the right)

More Decorating
These are the shelves that I (or my Dad) hung up in the kitchen. Don't be fooled these shelves are a pain in the neck to hang up. I think it looks great, regardless of what a pain it was to hang up.

Washington DC

These were the girls that I was in charge of. They were such great girls and we had so much fun.

The White House.

Tomb of the Unknown Soliders and the changing of the guard at Arlington Cemetary.

JFK's eternal flame. This was pretty cool to see.
The choir singing in the Holocaust Museum. They sang so beautifully, it really brought tears to the eyes.
WWII memorial. This was huge and so cool to pay tribute to the men who fought.

Mari, Nancy and me. We were waiting around for the choir to finish singing in Union Station.
Jefferson Memorial.
My favorite monument is the Washington Monument. I just think it is so cool and it's totally represents DC.

Rick, Mari, me, and Nancy. We had the best time together. We have so many inside jokes from this trip..it is awesome. We still talk about our DC trip.
